'Right Now Inc.'s company mission statement is, "RightNow provides a strategic solution to drive superior customer experiences...while dramatically reducing costs." I'm guessing that last part is listed as 'optional' when dealing with the TSA. You think they drove a hard-bargain? I think the originator of that line was Dan Aykroyd in "Tommy Boy" when he was trying to sell over-priced brake-pads!
