I think a modernism approach is best. You really hate to see pre-fab ranch-style with a slopped roof or greek columns and marble floors. The pics of the finished houses look great! The price per sq. foot is pretty steep though. What's the 'cash and carry' price? That would be the ultimate do-it-yourself project!
