Maybe they should start chaining the Sony wave machines to the nightstands (as I&#039;ve seen done at a relatively high-end hotel in NYC.)</description>

		<description>Jeez, that sucks.  Sounds like the top management really slacked off and it trickled to every level.  Not having any backup plans is just downright embarrassing to the company.
These guys should take a cue from the personal messages and amends that companies such as Flickr put out when things go awry.</description>
